The institute has established a separate Placement Cell with the purpose of providing essential information and guidance to the students of the Campus for their employment opportunity. The Placement Cell functions as a center for training and placement.
Rudra Institute of Technology promises all its students' placements in established MNCs and Start-ups. The Career development centre of our college offers students a variety of opportunities in placement of jobs to choose from, after their course comes to an end. Companies, like Dabur, Apollo, MKD Crops science Pvt. Ltd., Big Bazaar, Flipkart, Dainik jagran, Sonalika, Amul among others, actively take part in the placement and hiring processes with RIT. The Placement in Rudra Institute of Technology starts from January and ends a year later when students have smiling faces and are secured a placement in leading Companies. The students would refer to the placement processes as a Mega Event and are excited to participate in it. The Placement cell makes sure that all the students perform better in the placement interviews. The Placement Career Development Centre help the students to prepare for placement interviews in technical and HR aspects by arranging meetings with professional trainers and RIT alumni. The Placement center also ensures that the students are well-prepared in group discussions.
