The Training and Placement Office offers a wide range of job placement opportunities to students upon completion of their courses. Renowned companies such as Dabur, Apollo, MKD Crops Science Pvt. Ltd., Big Bazaar, Flipkart, Dainik Jagran, Sonalika, and Amul, among others, actively participate in the placement and hiring drives at RIT. Students regard the placement process as a Mega Event and eagerly look forward to participating. The Placement Office ensures that all students are well-prepared for placement interviews by organizing sessions with professional trainers and RIT alumni, covering both technical and HR aspects. At the outset I, Praveen Sharma, Head – Training & Placement welcome you to the flag ship college Rudra Group of Institutions, Mawana Khurd, Meerut (UP). I am a professional with 18 years of overall experience into Education. The Training and Placement Deptt. is one of the integral part of our college. Training & Placement activities are organized throughout the year with a view to prepare the students to appear the campus recruitment process with confidence. The first year students are encouraged to participate in various competitions such as debate, group discussion, power point presentation, essay writing etc. in order to enhance their confidence, reading, writing and communication skills. Students of second year are trained on basic language skills in the well developed Language laboratories of the institute. To prepare and train aspiring learners to face campus recruitment, the third year students are provided with exhaustive training with relevance to communication skills, aptitude test and overall development for personal & professional grooming.
The T&P Deptt. also educates the students with various carrier opportunities in different areas such as Public Sector and Government Sector services by conducting guest lecture time to time. It is heartening to state that reputed industries across the country visit our college regularly for campus recruitment. It is observed that most of the reputed companies allow students to appear for the Campus Recruitment Process. Majority of students with first class and good communication skills receive offer letters of reputed companies before their Degree Certificate.
RIT, Mawana has fifteen plus MOUs signed and will sign more MOUs with industries for Campus Connect. The objective of MOUs is to bring out quality in our students in terms of both Technical & Soft Skills in order to prepare them " Employable”.
